- Luncheon on January 8th, 9th and 10th 2026.

- الدخول لجميع الدورات الموازية.
- الدخول إلى المعرض.
- الدخول إلى حفلي الإفتتاح والختام.
- استراحات القهوة.
- مأدبة غداء أيام ٨، ٩ ، ١٠ يناير ٢٠٢٦.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Requests for cancellation must be in writing and sent to info@saudisorl.com via email.
- All cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the conference in order to get a full refund, less any administrative and bank fees.
- 80% of the registration value will be reimbursed for cancellations made after November 30, 2025 but before December 1st, 2025. Otherwise, no refund of any kind will be made.
- A registration may be transferred. Changes must be requested in writing and sent to info@saudisorl.com via email.
- All reimbursements must be processed no sooner than one month following the conference up to 90 days.
- Cancellation less than 30 days from the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refund for No shows.
- Refunds will be processed via bank. All bank charges incurred are the registrant’s responsibility. Refund amount is net of bank charges and transfer fees.
- The cost of the conference registration is different from the cost of the SORL membership registration which is non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests via telephone or mobile are not accepted.
سياسة الإلغاء واسترداد الأموال
- يجب أن تكون طلبات الإلغاء كتابية ويتم إرسالها عبر البريد الإلكتروني الى info@saudisorl.com
يجب أن تتم جميع عمليات الإلغاء قبل ٦٠ يوما على الأقل من انعقاد المؤتمر من أجل إسترداد كامل المبلغ، مخصوما منه أي رسوم إدارية وبنكية.
- سيتم استرداد ٨٠٪ من قيمة التسجيل في حالة الإلغاءات التي تتم بعد ٣٠ نوفمبر ٢٠٢٥ ولكن قبل ١ ديسمبر٢٠٢٥ وبخلاف ذلك، لن يتم استرداد أي مبلغ من أي نوع .
- يجوز نقل التسجيل. يجب طلب التغييرات كتابيًا وإرسالها إلى عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@saudisorl.com.
- يجب معالجة جميع المبالغ المستردة في موعد لن يتجاوز شهر واحد بعد المؤتمر لمدة تصل إلى ٩٠ يوم.
- الإلغاء خلال أقل من ٣٠ يوم من المؤتمر لن يكون مؤهلا لإسترداد الأموال.
- لا يوجد إسترداد لعدم الحضور.
- ستتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة عن طريق التحويل المصرفي جميع الرسوم المصرفية المتكبدة هي مسؤولية المسجلين.
- المبلغ المسترد هو صافي الرسوم المصرفية ورسوم التحويل.
- تختلف تكلفة التسجيل في المؤتمر عن تكلفة تسجيل عضوية الجمعية السعودية الأنف و الأذن و الحنجرة وهي غير قابلة للإسترداد.
- لا يتم قبول طلبات الإلغاء عبر الهاتف أو الهاتف المحمول.
